Hour of Code

What is Hour of Code?

Hour of Code is an annual campaign created by Code.org, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to computer science in schools and increasing participation by young women and students from other underrepresented groups.

My Role

Every year the PCCOE ACM Student Chapter organizes the Hour of Code during the Computer Science Education week in December. Being the chairperson, I was responsible for conducting and managing the sessions for the year 2020.

The Session

I had the wonderful opportunity to conduct a session for the students of City Pride School. I was incharge of making the slide deck and preparing content for the session.
