Summary of my work
  • Worked on making a user journey map to identify touch points in the journey.
  • Conducted interviews and design thinking sessions to identify key problem areas and prioritize them.
  • Worked on understanding the user behaviours to improve skill and tool discovery.
Reflections and Learnings
  • This project showed me how user research is an essential tool when crafting experiences.
  • Closely working with the product managers, customer success and developers helped us take a data-driven approach to some design decisions.
  • It also taught me to always take a step back and look at the bigger picture before taking any design decision.
